General Endowment
This Fund supports the greatest needs of our school in any given year as identified by our school's leadership. Through the years, these funds have been used to support campus facilities, professional development, and tuition assistance. Read more about the general endowment. -
Rabbi Isaiah Zeldin Endowment Fund for Children of Alumni
This Fund provides tuition assistance specifically for children of Milken alumni and honors Rabbi Zeldin’s vision of enabling generations of Milken families to attend the school. Learn more. -

Masah Scholarships for Families Working in Jewish Organizations
This Fund provides tuition assistance for children who have one or two parents who currently are Jewish professional(s). Families wishing to benefit from the Fund must follow the appropriate application procedures and must meet the normal admissions criteria. -
Wendy and Ken Ruby Scholarship Fund
This Fund was created to help provide tuition assistance to students on an annual basis. -
Avi Efraim Gesundheit Music Fund
This Fund benefits Milken students through music experiential learning. Avi Gesundheit (z”l), ’96, led an extraordinary life full of passion in making music. Tiferet - The Jewish National Fund and Milken Community School Scholarship Fund for the Alexander Muss High School in Israel
The Jewish National Fund has joined forces with Alexander Muss High School (AMSI-JNF) and Milken Community School to launch Milken’s Tiferet Endowment, a fund to create ongoing support for the Tiferet Israel Fellowship program, Milken's Grade 10 semester study abroad program. How does the endowment benefit Milken Community School?
Milken’s endowment is designed to keep the principal amount intact while using investment income to support annual operations. Preserving the principal provides a perpetual source of income for the school, helping Milken to thrive well into the future. -
How does Endowment differ from the Annual Fund?
Annual Fund donations supplement the School's operating budget and are only used during the fiscal year the gift was made. Endowment funds are invested to preserve the principal for the future. Investment income is used to supplement the annual operating budget. -

As of June 2022, the market value of Milken’s endowment was approximately $13 million. -
Who sets the endowment policy?
The school’s Finance Committee develops endowment policy for approval by the Board of Trustees. -

Milken Community School offers its most generous endowment donors the opportunity to designate a name for a fund. Donors making gifts of $100,000 or more may direct their contribution to an existing fund or establish a new endowed fund for a specific purpose. -

Who invests the funds?
Milken’s endowment is managed by external investment advisors overseen by the Finance Committee and the Board of Trustees. -
