Thank you for your interest in Milken Community School. The general application period for Fall 2025 is now closed. If you wish to inquire about submitting a late application, please contact admission@milkenschool.org or call our office at 310.440.3553.

Steps to Apply

  • Create Your Account & Complete the Application

    New Families
    Please click here to create an applicant account. Within two business days after creating your account, you will receive an email with steps to create your myMilken account to access the application.

    Current Families
    Please click here to create a new applicant account. Please allow up to 2 business days for your new applicant to be added to your existing myMilken account.

    Complete the Application
    Once you've created your myMilken login, your application can be completed at your convenience. You can log out and return to complete the application without losing data before submitting the final version. We recommend submitting applications as soon as possible. Access to self scheduling the interview will be available once the application is processed.

    Non-refundable application fee: $150

    Application Deadlines:
    • For all grades, applications for admission of sibling families are due October 14, 2024
    • For all grades, applications for admission of new families are due December 9, 2024
  • Attend Your Interview & Campus Tour

    Once you have submitted your completed application, you can schedule your interview and campus tour through the online self-scheduling system. An email confirmation will be sent from the Office of Admission to confirm that the time you selected is available. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact us at 310.440.3553. 
  • Provide Supplemental Forms and Transcripts

    Transcripts and teacher recommendations can be requested in your checklist in myMilken starting November 11, 2024. They will not be available prior to this date. All forms and test scores are due by January 10.

    Candidates applying for the 2025-2026 school year will need to provide their most recent standardized testing results (current and/or previous school year). Examples include, but are not limited to: ERB, CTP4, ISEE, CAASPP, MAP.

Admission Decision Committee

A committee comprised of school administrators along with the admission team meets to review applications to both the Middle School and Upper School. Consideration for admission is based upon a number of factors that include the application, the interview, standardized test scores, transcripts and recommendations.
