We are so grateful to have an engaged alumni board whose goal is to help Milken connect with alumni spanning more than 25 years, dating back to 1992 with our first graduating class! Fun fact: that first graduating class had 12 members, while today's senior classes graduate approximately 120 students annually.

Those alumni sitting on our current board include Leore (Haver) Ben-David '05, Talia Bender '10, Leon Hason '05, and Niso Hason '07. To help you get to know these board members a little more, we invite you to read more about them and what they have been up to since graduation.

Talia Bender '10

Talia currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at The Female Quotient, parent company of The Girls’ Lounge. The Female Quotient focuses on transforming workplace culture, advancing female leadership, and providing strategic insights to help brands drive equality. Talia is responsible for building and managing the company’s relationships with senior management at Fortune 500 companies, as well as prominent thought-leaders such as Arianna Huffington, Megan Smith, Rosie Rios.
Previously, she was on the marketing team in the Global Innovation Group at Ipsos OTX, an international market research firm. She is a graduate of the Steinhardt School at New York University with a degree in media, culture, and communication. In addition to serving on Milken's alumni board, Talia is the Regional Chair of the Los Angeles TAMID Pro Alumni Network.

Leore (Haver) Ben-David '05

After graduating from Milken, Leore went on to study Politics & Hebrew Language & Literature at New York University. She piloted the very first study abroad program at Hebrew University in Jerusalem during her junior year. After moving back to Los Angeles, Leore earned dual master’s degrees in Public Policy and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University.

Her passion for Israel and Zionism translated into her professional accomplishments. After working for various Jewish non-profits and even founding one of her very own, Leore was hired to serve as the West Coast Campus Coordinator for the Zionist Organization of America. After less than two years in her position, Leore expanded her organization’s presence in her region two-fold and was promoted to Associate Director of the prestigious ZOA Campus Department. In early 2017, Leore was promoted to the head of the Department and, today, gets to work with her team across the nation to educate and empower pro-Israel college students and faculty as the Managing Director of the Campus Department of the oldest pro-Israel organization in the nation, celebrating its 120th year in 2017.

Leore celebrated her fourth wedding anniversary this past summer with husband Matan Ben-David, the hunky (former) Israeli soldier, she met (and kept in touch with) as a senior participating on the March of the Living Delegation to Poland and Israel with Milken in 2005. They live in the San Fernando Valley and hope, one day, to make aliyah to Israel with their two dogs, Halva and Leche.
