Your application can be completed at your convenience. You can log out and return to complete the application without losing data before submitting the final version. We recommend submitting applications as soon as possible. Early applicants will be assigned to an earlier interview date starting in September.

  • For all grades, applications for admission of new families are due December 9, 2019
A complete application includes:

  • Photo of applicant
  • Non-refundable application fee of $150
Provide Supplemental Forms and Transcripts
The Administrator and Teacher Recommendations and Authorization for Release of Records are available to print from this page. Please provide these forms to the applicant’s current school as they are also required for the application to be complete. The deadline to submit student records and test scores is Friday, January 17, 2020.
Attend Your Interview
Once you have submitted your completed application, you can schedule your applicant interview through the online self-scheduling system. An email confirmation of your interview will be sent from the Office of Admission to confirm that the time you selected is available. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact us at 310.440.3553. Applicant interviews are for both the student and parents/guardians and are an important part of the process. For middle school applicants, they are individual interviews and for upper school candidates, we conduct group interviews with four to six applicants. Interviews are usually 15-30 minutes each in length with an optional tour offered to families after the interview. Please allow approximately 1.5 hours for your visit to Milken if you plan to take the tour.

Tour Milken Community Schools
Optional school tours are available from September 2019 to January 2020. For more information and to register for a tour, please navigate to the Visiting Milken page.
