Magnus Health Update - Due July 25

If you are planning to try-out and play a fall sport, physicals MUST be turned into Magnus no later than July 25, 2018. You will not be allowed to try-out, practice, or play in any games until a current physical has been approved by the Sports Medicine staff.

Magnus Health has been updating their system and in doing so we had to reformat the question below:

Will this student participate in extracurricular athletics during the school year?

As a result, if you already completed this question for the following school year (2018-2019), Magnus will ask you to answer this question again. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your compliance in logging into Magnus and answering this requirement before July 25, 2018.
