TEDxMilken Shares Ideas Worth Spreading

The third annual TEDxMilken was held on April 14.
Co-produced by seniors Natalie Pashaie and Joshua Nikfarjam the event featured student speakers presenting on a wide array of topics.
  • Abby Zuckerman '17 discussed veganism and its role in global warming.
  • Evan Satlin '17 shared his relationship with and lessons from Tourette's Syndrome.
  • Stevie Gordon '17 presented the story behind his love for electronic music, and demonstrated how to produce a piece of music.
  • Daniel Dorsky '17 tackled the American problems surrounding paternity and maternity leave as compared with the rest of the world.
  • Phoebe Cohen '16 explained her research into the relationship between music and neuroscience.
Students, parents, and faculty attended the event, which showcased the diverse and interesting pursuits of the student speakers.
