Students Compete in Popsicle Bridge Competition

Ten of our students competed in the 20th annual American Society of Civil Engineers Popsicle Stick Bridge Competition on February 15.
Over 250 students and 71 teams participated in the event held at California State University, Northridge. Teams competed to see how much weight the model bridges they designed and built with Popsicle sticks could withstand before breaking.
