ROTW 8/23
This weeks' Runner Of The Week (ROTW) was chosen for both their off season dedication, as well as their demeanor and focus at practice. This runner made sure they were getting their summer miles in during July and August. And not just easy miles, but they were out in the valley in the heat. I know because I saw them personally and drove alongside on a couple of their runs. The coaches love to see individual dedication like that. It's tough to get out on a run on your own in the heat, but this runner did that. And this week this runner showed us that they are here to work hard. This runner improved times, focused at practice, and got it done. For these reasons, we honor Aaron Telis as this seasons' first ROTW! Congrats Aaron! Keep it up.
