Magnus for '25-’26 will open on June 9, and all Magnus health forms and requirements are due by Friday, August 8.
To expedite the physician physical requirement for all students, we have partnered with Exer, a local urgent care company with many locations for a FREE optional physical. You may want to book this appointment if:
Your child will be participating in sports in the '25-’26 school year
Your child may want to participate in sports in the '25-'26 school year
You are unable to get an appointment with your primary care doctor and/or your physical is out of date (please note the sports physical form is the same as the physical form required for all students).
Please note:Every student, regardless if they play sports, needs to have an updated physical in Magnus, so all students are welcome to take advantage of the free Exer physicals or you may book a regular physical with your physician. Physicals are only valid for one calendar year from the date of exam.
TO BOOK YOUR SPORTS PHYSICAL APPOINTMENT WITH EXER To schedule a free appointment with Exer, click HERE, then select the location closest to you to view available appointment slots. Be sure to select “YES” for the drop-down question, “Did your school send you for a complimentary school sports physical?” For step-by-step instructions and tips to complete your booking, click HERE. MILKEN PHYSICAL FORM Download and print the Milken physical form HERE and bring it with you to your child’s appointment. Parents will complete the first page titled history. Your child’s physician (or Exer doctor) will complete the second and third pages, titled physical exam form and clearance form. You will then upload a digital scan of the form into your child’s Magnus account after Magnus opens (mid-June).
The Milken Merch Storefront is in the process of moving to a new location in Encino on Ventura Blvd. The regular store hours will begin July 15, but until then please order online or visit the store by appointment onlyby emailing help@milkenmerch.com.

There are no summer workouts, tryouts or cuts for Middle School athletics. Please make sure that your child has a physical this summer so that they are cleared to play. Load all your health forms through your child’s Magnus Health Portal (found on myMilken).
For students entering grade 8 in the fall, to prepare for the Israel trip Spring 2026, please check now that your child’s passport is valid through December 8, 2026. If not, please renew your passport this summer.
