Milken Marts: Lunch Pre-Orders & Milken Mart Wallet
The Upper School Milken Mart and the Middle Mart at the Middle School offer a wide selection of pre-order lunch options (through outside vendors and Vicki's on site), day-of purchase of frozen lunch entrees, and a limited supply of grab-and-go salads and sandwiches. The Marts also stock beverages, healthy snacks, frozen treats, and sweets with many gluten-free and vegan options that can be purchased using funds loaded onto Boonli wallet accounts (details below). Both Marts are managed by Milken staff and volunteers. All food served in the Mart or via outside vendors is strictly kosher.

    Mart Hours
The Upper School Mart will be open on August 21 from 7:30AM-3:30PM, and Friday, August 22 from 7:30AM-2:30PM to purchase snacks and frozen entrees (no hot food or bagels). The Middle Mart will not be open August 21-22, and lunch will be provided to all students (details to follow).

Beginning on the first day of classes, Monday, August 25, the Middle Mart will be open daily from 7:30AM-8:00AM, during lunch, and after school, and both the Middle Mart and Upper School Mart will have pre-ordered lunches available, in addition to grab-and-go items, snacks and bagels. The Middle Mart and the Upper School Mart close at 3:30PM each day (2:30PM on Fridays).

    Pre-Order Lunch Menu

To view a sample weekly lunch menu with both mart vendor and Vicki's lunch options, please click here. Prices of each item vary and will be listed in Boonli when ordering. Please note: there is no Vicki's lunch on Fridays.

    New Ordering System: Boonli

We are delighted to introduce our partnership with Boonli, a new platform that will now serve as the central hub for ALL campus meal pre-orders (Milken Mart Vendor Lunches and Vicki’s Lunchbox) and Boonli Wallet (your student’s in-store Milken Mart funds spending account)Please note: credit cards or Apple Pay are not accepted at the mart; only pre-loaded funds on Boonli can be used for payments.

Let's Get Started - Log In
    • Step 1: To log in, visit milkenschool.boonli.com (bookmark the page for quick access - there is no app).
    • Step 2: Login with your USERNAME: Your account along with your student(s) profiles have already been added, and your username is the "Parent 1" email as entered into myMilken (by you when you first inquired/applied). To check which parent is listed as parent 1, please log in to myMilken, navigate to your child’s contact card and you’ll see Parent 1 listed first under relationships. If that email doesn’t work, please try the email in myMilken for Parent 2. Your Boonli username is Parent 1's registered Milken email address (all lowercase).
The default password for all usernames is: Lunch123
If you are unable to log in, please contact support@boonli.com
    • Step 3: After you log in, to change your password, click on the 3-line menu (upper left), navigate to My Account. Under Account Information, go to the password field then enter and save your new password.
    • Step 4: To order or add funds to your child's wallet, go to Home, then click on “Pre-Order: Middle School” or “Pre-Order Upper School” depending on what grade your child is in, or “Add Funds to Boonli Wallet for Purchases” to add money to your child's mart wallet to buy items at the Mart. Once you are ready to checkout you can proceed to your cart.
Please note: There is a 3% processing fee for each transaction.

**Weekly Lunch Order Deadline - Please Note New Thursday Deadline**

To ensure smooth service, all orders for the upcoming week are due by Thursday at 11:00PM. For example, lunch for the week of Monday, August 25, must be ordered by Thursday, August 21. If you miss the ordering deadline, please make sure your student has money in their Boonli Wallet (mart funds) and have them come to the mart in the morning of the day they need food so they can place a same-day lunch order. Please note that same-day options are limited and first-come, first-served.

    Boonli Hot Tips

    • Notifications: if you see a red exclamation mark on a specific date, that means either one grade or all grades do not have lunch service that day. Please hover over the exclamation mark for more details. If the notice does not apply to your child’s grade, you will still be able to order.
    • Repeat orders: When you go to order for a specific day, after you select your lunch item, and want to repeat the same order weekly, bi-weekly or daily depending on the item, click on the STAR near your selection and you can select multiple weeks/day the food is offered.
    • Multiple profiles: If you have more than one child at the school, you can toggle between children by hovering over the initial letter at the top of the ordering section or you can copy an order for another child by clicking the (person+) icon after you select an item.
    • Boonli Wallet: Each student has a wallet to use for purchases in the mart. Funds are non-transferable between students to give parents more control of how much each student is permitted to spend. However, if parents can transfer money back to the main account as a credit to be used when you place the next order online. To transfer funds, go to "My Account" - "Credit & Available Funds" - "Transfer"
  • Mart Volunteer Sign-Up

The Milken Marts are a special part of our campus community, run by school staff and supported by dedicated parent and grandparent volunteers. Volunteering in the Mart is a meaningful and enjoyable way to be part of campus life. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new people, and engage with students. Volunteers help by working at the registers, labeling and distributing lunches and snacks, and restocking shelves.

We currently have two Mart locations:
    • The Middle Mart is located in the Community Room at the Middle School and is open before school, during lunch, and after school.

    • The Upper School Mart, found on the first floor near the Amphitheater, is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 3:30PM.
Regular volunteers typically commit to a 1.5-hour shift every other week. Please click HERE to sign up to volunteer at the Mart. Please note that due to space restrictions, we have to limit the number of volunteers per shift to make sure everything runs smoothly.

If committing to a regular shift isn’t possible for you, please contact us at  marts@milkenschool.org and we will find a time that works for you.

  • New Student Laptop Set Up

As a reminder, all students in grades 6–12 are required to bring an Apple MacBook laptop (2021 or later with at least 512GB storage) to school every day. Please review specs and information here that was sent earlier in the summer.

Before students arrive for the first day of school, please be sure new laptops have been removed from the original box, opened, and set up with the proper computer log-ins (your own Apple IDs, computer access password, etc.). Students should have access to all computer log-ins and passwords so our IT team can connect their computer to our campus WiFi and myMilken during orientation.

Important Notes on Parent Controls and Laptop Setup:
    • Avoid third-party parental control software, VPNs, or firewalls, as they may interfere with Milken’s WiFi and block educational tools like Zoom or myMilken.
    • Student laptop accounts should be set as Admin, not Standard, to allow for smooth troubleshooting and software setup.
    • Please note our IT team cannot store or manage parent-created admin passwords
For any questions on laptop set up, please contact helpdesk@milkenschool.org.
