2024-2025 Re-Enrollment Process

We look forward to continuing on this important journey with you and your family.

To complete the online re-enrollment process:
  1. To view your enrollment agreement, please sign in to myMilken and click the “contracts” link located in the yellow bar that appears near the top of the page. 
  2. This link will take you to a page that allows you to review and accept your enrollment agreement.
  3. SIGN/SUBMIT the enrollment agreement by February 9, 2024.
  4. Be sure to hit the the "Thank You" button at the end of the contract to officially submit. 
  5. You will receive an email confirming you have signed the contract.
  6. If both parents (if applicable) have not yet signed, you will receive a system reminder to log in and complete the process
Please note: Enrollment agreements must be signed by both parents (if applicable). If a parent has not yet logged in to myMilken, they can do so by clicking the “First time logging in...” link on the sign in page, entering their email address, and requesting their username and password. 
 
Deposit and Payments
Upon submission of the re-enrollment agreement, your deposit of 8% of tuition, less tuition assistance if applicable, will be deducted from your account on file with FACTS. Should you wish to change your payment information, log into your FACTS account after completing your enrollment agreement.
 
New Credit Card Payment Option in FACTS
For the 2024-2025 school year, FACTS Tuition Management will be offering credit cards as a payment option for tuition and fees. FACTS will add a 2.95% convenience fee on each charge if using a credit card. Parents may also pay with a check or electronic funds transfer at no extra cost. To change your method of payment to credit card:
  • Log into your existing FACTS account
  • In the Financial Accounts tab, choose Change Financial Account
  • Choose Add a New Account
  • Select credit card and enter your account information
  • Click Save

Click on "first time logging in" or "forgot login" to have your log in steps or your password reset link sent to you. Please note: an email is required as your myMilken username. Old usernames without an email address will no longer work.
