Liberty Fuchs ‘16 Dreams Big Through Advocacy Organization Work

Liberty Fuchs ’16 is currently enrolled at Santa Monica College and will transfer to UCLA in fall 2018 to pursue studies in linguistics and psychology. An avid volunteer, Fuchs works with Prager U, an organization that promotes tolerance of politically-conservative students on college campuses. She is currently working part-time at Friendship Circle of Los Angeles, which provides, “Jewish children who have special needs with a full range of social, recreational, educational, and Judaic experiences,” in addition to providing support and community for their families. Liberty spent countless hours volunteering at Friendship Circle before joining their paid staff team. Liberty dedicates most of her time outside of class to her positions as president of multiple organizations on the SMC campus. She is currently serving as president of SMC's Young Americans for Liberty and Turning Point USA chapters, and serves as  a campus coordinator at SMC for Students for Liberty.
