Josh Mehdyzadeh ‘15 Launches Custom Hat Designs

As a freshman at Indiana University, Josh Mehdyzadeh ‘15 began designing custom baseball caps embroidered with pop culture references like Kobe Bryant, ET, and clever phrases. He saw an opportunity to design custom hats for Indiana University student organizations such as sororities, fraternities, teams, and clubs. Josh, as quoted in the "Jewish Journal," said, “When I started 1Time, I wanted each hat to feel personalized ... I’d lend a personal touch to each one so that it was yours and no one else’s. I think that creates a community of individuals within a brand and a conversation between me and my customers.”
