Flag Football Coach

POSITION MANAGEMENT
Milken Community School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School Flag Football Coach to lead and develop our student-athletes during the upcoming season. The ideal candidate is not only knowledgeable about the game of flag football but also passionate about mentoring middle school students in a positive, team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and lead structured practices Monday through Thursday from 3:45 PM – 5:30 PM.
  • Teach fundamental skills, game strategies, and sportsmanship in alignment with the school’s values.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for all players.
  • Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and athletic department staff.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and strong leadership both on and off the field.
  • Attend and coach all scheduled games and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of flag football rules, techniques, and strategies.
  • Experience working with middle school-aged children is preferred.
  • Reliable, organized, and punctual.
  • Ability to model positive behavior and strong character.
  • CPR/First Aid certification along with other verifications supplied by the school.

SALARY RANGE: $35/hour. $4,000 total for season
