    Milken parents, alumni, alumni parents, faculty and community members, you are invited to join this Positive Psychology mini-series! Taught by Milken's Positive Psychology Teacher, Sarah Rosenblum, MAPP, participants in this course will gain an understanding of the science of well-being and human flourishing. Positive Psychology is a branch of Psychology focused on the character strengths and behaviors that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose. Participants will acquire skills for their well-being tool-kit to implement Positive Psychology research concepts in their lives and the lives of their families and friends. Sample topics will include: the power of positive emotions, cultivating character strengths, the roots of resilience, and how to foster high quality connections and positive relationships.
