ROTW 9/13
This week’s ROTW has been chosen for being a good role model for the team. This runner put in some work over the summer to get in shape for the season and can be counted on to show up to practice ready to do their best. This hard work at practice is beginning to pay off as their times continue to improve. We love to see runners who act as good role models for their teammates and this runner does just that by working hard, being prepared for workouts, and remaining focused during team talks. Additionally, we are happy to see this runner showing leadership qualities by helping to lead warm ups and stretching routines. Congratulations to Tristan Lindner for this week’s ROTW!
