ROTW 8/30
This weeks' ROTW was chosen for their leadership qualities. This runner leads the team through warmups and cooldowns each day at practice. This runner is encouraging of others, and checks in with other runners to see their times and their state of mind going into and coming out of runs. This runner cares about others and models the qualities we value in a leader on this team. This runner started running over the summer and continues to take time off their 3 mile runs. Congratulations Jordan F, one of our captains, and our ROTW!
