Announcement Detail

ROTW 9/20

We are honoring a runner this week who has been a model for what the coaches expect to see in our runners and to celebrate their achievements thus far. They are extremely focused during practice and do everything they can to improve their performance. This includes focusing on a healthy diet, strength training, and getting adequate rest. This runner isn’t afraid to set aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them. This hard work is already paying off as they led the team to win the first league meet while finishing in first place! Yet despite this success they always put the team first and celebrate everyone’s efforts. This runner is developing into an inspiring leader on the team and the coaches can’t wait to see how they will go this season. Congratulations to Brandon Ohebshalom! We’re super proud of you and all you do for the team!
