Ali Kriegsman '09 is Redefining Retail

Ali Kriegsman '09 is Co-Founder and COO of Bulletin, a retailer of curated and often handmade goods with e-commerce and brick-and-mortar spaces. After graduating from Milken, Ali worked in marketing and branding positions, which began to spark the idea for Bulletin. After publishing an online magazine that showcased emerging makers and designers, Ali and her business partner stepped away from publishing to focus on retail sales of these emerging brands in search of alternatives to online-only sales and marketing. Bulletin connects with new brands through social media, word-of-mouth among artists and designers, and through an online application process. In 2016, Bulletin opened its first brick-and-mortar retail space in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn and is prepping for a second store opening in NYC in late August, followed by a Los Angeles store in 2018.
