The Grade 8 Israel Exchange Program prepares student delegates from the Middle School for two exchange opportunities between Milken and Lady Davis High School in Tel Aviv. As Milken hosts the Israeli delegation during the fall, students from both communities learn about hospitality, friendship, and international relations. In the spring, Grade 8 Milken students travel to Israel to witness the wonder of Jewish history during the powerful days of Yom Hazikkaron (Remembrance Day) and Yom Ha’atzma-ut (Independence Day). During each of the two-week exchanges, delegates experience first-hand the culture and people of the hosting family.
