After Ms. Buskas graduated from Scripps College, she accepted a position at the College as Assistant Director of Scripps’s Annual Fund. As Assistant Director, Ms. Buskas managed a thirty-student phonathon program, recruited young Alumni volunteers, and directed college’s Senior Class Gift campaign. Ms. Buskas was then promoted to Associate Director of the Annual Fund – Scripps Association of Families, where she worked planning events for parent at Scripps’s campus and across the country (including Family Weekend), recruited parent volunteers, worked with parent representatives on the Board of Trustees and helped raise funds for the Annual Fund from parents of Scripps students and Alumni.
