Dear Alumni,
As a graduate of Milken you automatically become a member of the Alumni Association, which includes over 1,500 graduates. The mission of the alumni association is simple: to create a lifetime connection between the Milken community and its alumni. We strive to accomplish this mission in a variety of ways, which include:
- Organizing alumni events in Los Angeles and around the country, including Shabbat dinners, happy hours, sporting events, and a reunion weekend;
- Producing and updating an alumni website and directory to keep you connected to the school and fellow alumni;
- Publishing a quarterly alumni newsletter;
- Providing career networking opportunities.
We have some exciting events and programs already on the calendar for this year that I hope you are able to attend. The Head of School Book Club returns this year. The Annual Milken Thanksgiving event is a great way for you to reconnect with old classmates on November 25. Our alumni men’s and women’s basketball games will be held on January 6 and Career Discovery Day will be February 12.
To finish off the year we will continue the tradition of our Alumni Weekend event. June 11th will kick off the festivities with a Shabbat dinner at the Head of School, Jason Ablin’s, home. On June 12th we will welcome the classes of 1995, 2000, and 2005 for their Milestone Reunion Celebration. Finally, on June 13th we invite all alumni back to Milken for an All Alumni Barbeque.
